COMMUNITY CHOICE is a state law that makes it possible for California communities to create the kind of energy system that the whole world is talking about — solar, wind, and other nature-friendly “renewable” energy, plus energy efficiency. Women’s Energy Matters is working to build awareness of this historic opportunity.

Years of expert studies have proved beyond a doubt that WHOLE COMMUNITIES CAN GO GREEN TOGETHER — WITH NO RATE INCREASE. This is the biggest thing we can do to reverse Climate Change, and it also provides local economic benefits.

City Councils in Marin will vote this fall whether to join the County’s Community Choice program, MARIN CLEAN ENERGY. Many other cities and counties are considering similar plans.
